About the POSITION:PMHNP needed for the Psych Team in La Grande, ORWill provide a broad range of services including assessment, education, brief intervention, and longer-term therapy. Outpatient. The schedule is 4-10 s; four-day work week Would estimate 13-17 patients per day Share in clinic call with a sizeable group of providersWill work with 2 MD's, 1 PMHNP, and several LCSW's. Crisis intervention within the Clinics Assessment and referral Patient Education Acute stress and symptom management Diagnosis, treatment, and management of Mental Health Conditions Psychiatric consultations and care coordinationAbout the COMP & BENEFITS:Salaried Position Base plus quality incentives annually. Plus production incentive if achieved (wRVU s over threshold of 4,100). Student loan assistance The position is eligible for a commencement bonus
