Proudly serving our local communities since 1979! We are looking for a Plumbing Service Manager to be part of our team! After hours as necessary What you will be doing: Organize, plan, and monitor service calls, service-related Coordinate and jobs, and technicians to run an efficient Plumbing service department Dispatch service calls and preventive maintenance calls. Estimate, sell, and manage preventive maintenance programs. Manage Plumbing service contracts. Manage parts inventory. Order and maintain parts inventory. Order parts as needed for service calls. Warranty administration. File paper and online warranties for equipment and service parts. Plumbing service public relations: including customer complaints and technical questions. Ensure customer satisfaction in both residential and commercial service work. Ensure that all Technicians receive required certifications Sales / Estimating for small residential plumbing projects Prepare project takeoffs Layout and Design Plumbing systems to meet customer needs Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Excellent communication skills, oral & written Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.) Good computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project Experience with SharePoint and Procore preferred 10+ years Plumbing experience 10+ years Hydronics experience Boiler/Chiller install experience Project Management experience 15+ Years' experience desired Associate's degree or Trade School Certificate desired Medical Gas and Pipe Welding experience desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment Check us out online: www.powderriverheating.com manager, service manager, supervisor, service supervisor, leader, service leader, hvac manager, hvac service manager, self motivated manager, head department manager, department manager, vp of service, division manager, division leader
