We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Technician to join our team. As a key member of the team, your primary responsibilities would include developing and leading the new plumbing division with the company. Knowledge of local building plumbing codes and regulations. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly. Communication and intrapersonal skills, including customer service. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with the intricacies of working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper. Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion. Must possess Maine State Journeyman/ or Master plumbing license Must possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record Heating Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 years maintenance and repair on heating equipment Propane/Natural Gas Basic License for ME Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Excellent customer service and communication abilities Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to manage time efficiently when running jobs Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment. plumber, installer, hvac, journeyman, journeyman plumber, residential service, residential, commercial, install, installation
