The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential plumbing and be able to efficiently diagnose and resolve a variety of issues. Benefits include: • PTO• Paid Holidays• Healthcare• 401(k) or Roth IRA Responsibilities:• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties in Middletown, OH.• Perform snake/camera drain services when needed.• Diagnose plumbing problems accurately and efficiently.• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems in the area.• Safely and effectively utilize plumbing tools and equipment in accordance with local codes.• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients in Middletown, OH.• Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times while working as a Plumbing Technician. Qualifications:• Previous work experience as a plumbing technician is a must.• Possess proficiency in comprehending and working with plumbing systems and equipment.• Ability to accurately interpret and follow blueprints is essential.• Skilled in effectively solving problems and troubleshooting various plumbing issues.• Strong emphasis on work ethic and meticulous attention to detail is required.• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
