Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal with prior experience in supporting the attorney in the negotiation and settlement of cases. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of personal injury law and have a proven track record of successfully negotiating favorable settlements for clients. Prior experience in negotiation and settlements is required. Qualified paralegals are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation consummate with experience. Responsibilities:• Manage a caseload of personal injury files, focusing on negotiation and settlement strategies.• Conduct thorough investigations into the facts and circumstances of each case, gathering evidence and supporting documentation.• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties to negotiate settlement agreements.• Draft demand letters, complaints, settlement packages, and other legal documents necessary for negotiations.• Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to develop effective case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all settlement negotiations and agreements. Qualifications:• Prior experience in negotiation and settlements is required. • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in personal injury law.• Proven record in negotiation and settlement of personal injury cases, with a track record of successful outcomes.• Strong understanding of insurance policies, liability issues, and damages calculations.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients' interests.• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case management software.
