Planter- Design/Sales Seasonal- Lyndale Location Duties: Produce high quality planters which satisfy customer expectations and align with pricing guidelines. Fill customer orders for indoor plants and other perishable items. Maintain organization in the department and ensure only quality product is on display and maintain inventory of spoilage. Clean work area, complete necessary paperwork for transfers, document markdowns, identify and document items needing to be ordered. Coordinate with manager on staffing to provide a balance of customer sales coverage and production to fulfill customer orders and retail products. Qualifications: Experience in design, certificate in Floral Design and/or two years of design experience, preferred Basic plant knowledge in relation to watering and care of green and blooming plants. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to accurately maintain daily production records and document product transfers and spoilage. Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively, with other team members.
