A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist / Quotations to work remotely with project documents for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. Key Responsibilities Review project schedules and analyze specifications, plans, and details Perform detailed material takeoffs and ensure accuracy before releasing data to Project Managers Manage project addenda and update material scopes as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials associated with the waterworks industry Familiarity with construction documents including plans, specifications, and project management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Sage Estimating or Planswift Estimating software is a plus
