Our Production Planning Assistant plays a critical role in achieving these goals by keeping operations smooth and efficient. Key Responsibilities Documentation Expertise : Ensure customer shipments are accurately documented, including bills of lading, pack slips, and advance shipping notices. Order Processing : Support daily production by releasing orders efficiently and accurately for the production floor. Data Management : Enter purchase orders, production jobs, forecasts, and quotes into our data processing system, ensuring seamless operation. Supply Chain Support : Collaborate closely with Production Planners to enhance supply chain functions and tackle daily challenges. Demand Creation : Monitor and confirm orders to effectively manage capacity, including website monitoring for a proactive approach. Additional Responsibilities Step up as needed to perform any extra tasks that support our team’s execution and efficiency. What You’ll Bring A keen attention to detail and accuracy, essential for keeping our operations flawless. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data entry, communication, and reporting.
