The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority. The Role Key purpose of the role is to lead on contract management for capital and revenue programmed works and complete all scheduled maintenance surveying work. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Responsible for Budget monitoring for all managed projects. Monthly attendance at finance meetings to provide updates on financial commitment, spend and progress against forecasting. Prepare contract documents, specification and CDM information. Be responsible for ensuring regular meetings with contractor's and consultants take place. The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require: Qualification in Building Technology HNC Level or equivalent trade / industry qualification The below skills would be beneficial for the role: Qualification in Building Technology Degree Level Registration with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or other recognised Chartered construction professional body. Working knowledge and ability to use CAD. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £40,358.00 per annum.
