Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors and customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan alignment and contribute to process improvements Required Qualifications and Education 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry Customer service experience/skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred Willingness to take the Accredited Retirement Plan Specialist exam for certification
