We are a growing and fast-paced Personal Injury Law Firm located in the heart of Queens, New York. We are seeking an experienced, diligent, and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of *3+ years of experience *who is willing to grow with the firm. Must be diligent with deadlines, court calendar, case management, and experience with a high-volume litigation and law practice environment. This is an in-person position in our Forest Hills, NY office. We look forward to speaking with you! Responsibilities:• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and insurance companies to gather necessary information.• Maintain organized case files and update attorneys on case developments.• Coordinate scheduling of depositions, hearings, and trials. Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal• Litigation Experience is a Must• Well-versed in Personal Injury• Ability to handle a caseload independently• Preference to candidates familiar with SmartAdvocate• Excellent communication and organization abilities• Diligent and Able to Work with court calendar Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly About Company: At Shalom Law, our mission is the relentless and zealous pursuit of justice for injury victims in New York.
