This position requires a proactive professional capable of handling high-stakes cases, including personal injury and insurance disputes, from inception through trial.LocationBeverly Hills, CADutiesConduct legal research and draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents.Propound and respond to written discovery.Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.Represent clients in various personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and insurance disputes.Attend court hearings and support trial preparation as a second chair.Ensure all case files progress on schedule and meet established deadlines.Maintain high standards of client service.Negotiate and settle claims with insurance companies.RequirementsActive license to practice law in California, in good standing.3-8 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation.Strong litigation skills, with a readiness for trial work.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong research, oral, and written communication skills.Team-oriented approach to case management.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.CertificationsLicensed to practice law in California.SkillsProficiency in legal research and drafting.Excellent written and verbal communication.Effective multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.Spanish language proficiency (preferred but not required).BenefitsComprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) retirement planHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid time off
