Winters Healthcare - Full Time Hours:24 to 40 hours per week | Optional 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks Employed Languages Required: Spanish - Medical Average Patients seen: 4-8 hours per week dedicated to clinical work Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $100000 Compensation: Base range is $230,000 to $290,000 for FT (40 hours) plus signing/commitment bonus of $35,000 Benefits: - Providers potentially eligible for an additional $100,000 via the Partnership Health Plan of CA - Health insurances: Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D - 100% covered for employee plus contribution towards dependent coverage - Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays off. (30 days in year 1) - Continuing Medical Education reimbursement and time off - License reimbursement - 401 K retirement match program with 3% match - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Professional liability insurances - We are a loan repayment eligible site with NHSC, OSHPD/HCAI, and Cal Health Cares Additional Info: Winters Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical and administrative work within our FQHC. (10-20% clinical work, the remaining administrative) Experience in clinical leadership within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Community Health Center (CHC), with a proven track record of leading teams and monitoring quality improvement outcomes. Experience with medical director administrative functions is a plus Comprehensive knowledge of medical practices and standards, particularly in community health settings. A Master of Public Health (MPH) is highly desirable. Ability to assess and improve quality in patient care, developing innovative work methods and procedures. A passion for mentoring and supporting clinicians, with the ability to analyze data to address care gaps.
