We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time position in Fort Morgan, CO. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a consistent routine that supports work-life balance. The call schedule is shared among a large group and is strictly after-hours, handled by phone, offering further flexibility and minimal disruption to your personal time. In this role, you will care for a diverse patient population, ranging from newborns and children to adults and geriatric patients. You can expect to see an average of 18 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting. No procedures are required, allowing you to focus on providing comprehensive care across the spectrum of family medicine. The practice utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record system to streamline patient documentation and care management. Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Colorado State Medical License (or willingness to obtain) COVID Vaccination 3 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (highly preferred) Fort Morgan, located in northeastern Colorado, is a small, welcoming community known for its rich history and scenic surroundings. The town offers a peaceful, rural lifestyle with access to outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and bird watching.
