To get started - is as easy as 1, 2, 3 Send me your CV Set up a time to connect and let’s talk Let’s Go Compensation - Submit your Requested Rate Requirements - Board Certified - REQUIRED Active DE License, IMLC, Licensing Candidates - REQUIRED BLS - Preferred at credentialing Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED Schedule - Shifts/Schedule Expectations: 24hr inpatient call coverage Shifts Available for one Facility 1/21 (unsure if 7 A or 5 P) - 1/27 (7 AM) 2/5-2/14 (7 AM) 5/22-5/29 (7 AM) 6/30-7/4 (7 AM) The Dates GI locums are needed for different facility are: 1/1/2025 7am - 1/14/2025 7am 1/20/2025 7am - 1/21/2025 7am 1/27/2025 7am - 2/4/2025 7am 2/17/2028 7am - 3/11/2025 7am 3/17/2025 7am - 3/18/2025 7am 3/24/2025 7am - 4/8/2025 7am 4/14/2025 7am - 4/15/2025 7am 4/21/2025 7am - 5/12/2025 7am 5/13/2025 7am - 5/22/2025 7am 5/28/2025 7am - 6/3/2025 7am 6/9/20258 7am - 6/24/2025 7am 6/30/2024 7am - 7/1/2025 7am Duties - EMR: EPIC Setting: Hospital Daily Responsibilities: GI locums cover unassigned ED call, inpatient census and consults of inpatient Beds: 317; 157 • Patients per day/Census for GI: For one Facility Census is10-25. Never under 10. 5-12 consults a day. Average 8 hrs rounding on current inpatient service - 6 hrs new consults (ED and floor) - Usually around 6 but can be up to 10 times called by ED for unassigned ER patients - 8-10 Numbers for other facility is : 4-6 new consults, 2-3 procedures per day in the inpatient setting. Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: single physician coverage for locums coverage. No direct assigned support (PA/NP). Procedures Required/Preferred: EGD, sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy. Bleeding control (hemostasis), biopsy Does site use conscious sedation and/or anesthesiology support? 24/7 anesthesia Will be credentialing at both sites.
