Physician Office Winfield Health Center 11161 Randolph Street Crown Point, Indiana 46307 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to meet the growing demand for primary care services at located in Crown Point, Indiana. Our family medicine specialists see patients of all ages, from birth to seniors. Our providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed. WHAT WE NEED: Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. This physician will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. They must display a professional skillset and be willing to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Flexible full-time schedule Schedule includes one evening per week until 7:00 p.m. and one Saturday per month Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, varies by day, Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Average outpatient volume: 18 - 21 patients per day Telehealth offered Onsite lab Strong mentorship opportunities from seasoned providers WHO WE ARE: is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
