Job Description Endeavor Health, Edward/Elmhurst market is seeking a BC/BE eligible Family Medicine Physician in Plainfield, IL. Qualifications: 1. Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois 2. Board certified or eligible 3. Active DEA and Illinois Controlled SubstanceLicense 4. The interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the health care team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner. 5. Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for specialty area. 6. The ability to perform effectively and efficiently under the pressure of stressful emergency situations. 7. Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices. 8. Ability to work a flexible schedule and to assist in covering vacancies when necessary. Position Highlights: Physician Led Family Medicine Group Great locations adding due to growth - Plainfield, IL 36 patient care hours; Lifestyle Friendly- Outpatient Only Rotating call schedule See 20-25 patients a day in office EMR: EPIC Market Competitive Compensation Bilingual Spanish welcome Comprehensive Benefits Package: Malpractice Coveragewith Tail, Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Disability, 401(k), 457 (b), Flexible time off; vacation, CME/PHONE Allowance, etc. What you will need: License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending Certification: The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine. What you will do: Development of clinical practice. A minimum of 36 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 36 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours. Participation in weekend and weekday call. Teaching of the house staff and physician assistant students as assigned.
