Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Freeport, NY We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Freeport, NY area. The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced. We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group. The provider must be bilingual in Spanish/English. The PA/NP will be working in primary care, at our office locations in Freeport and Franklin Square, NY. About us: Our dedicated team of medical providers, medical assistants, and administrators have one goal, to provide our patients with outstanding care so that our patients feel better every time they leave our office. Patients are our main priority, and we want to fulfill their healthcare needs. For over 20 years, we have provided our community with the highest level of care. We have a multi-site, multi-specialty, patient centered medical practice with over 20 primary care providers, delivering culturally sensitive, ambulatory, efficient and high-quality medical care. Duties: Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual wellness exam Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications Treatments for acute and chronic conditions Documentation- timely and accurate Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care Medication refills as needed Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY Must be bilingual in Spanish/English Schedule: Full time Salary (range): $165k-$170k per year Benefits: Vacation/PTO -160 hours PTO included Bonus compensation potential Health Insurance Life insurance Long term disability Come join our amazing, knowledgeable, and welcoming medical team!
