Physical Therapy physician employment in Michigan : Physical Therapist Home Care - Needs certified Home Health Care experience and familiar with Home Care Home Base Software. Coverage area to be Roscommon, Missaukee and Wexford Counties. Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri with 1 hour lunch, Days Weekends/ Holidays/ On-Call: Occasional if medically necessary (rare and done on a volunteer basis) Required Certs/Education: Licensed Physical Therapist (Michigan), DPT EMR System: Home Care Home Base Call today for more information and to apply!
