With on-site parking and a team of seasoned therapists, our location will have you feeling right at home.Now hiring a full time Physical Therapist that is a team player. Physical Therapist responsibilities include therapy screens, evaluations, daily treatment sessions and discharge/discharge programs. Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Daily documentation is done electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions (formally Rehab Optima) with a minimum weekly productivity of 85%. This position requires a master's or doctorate of Physical Therapy, State License for the state in which services are being provided and CPR.
