Employer Description:Outpatient physical therapy company with 2 locations (plus one more later this year) in Philadelphia providing a wide range of services including orthopedic, post-surgical rehab, workers comp, sports injuries, vestibular and more.Compensation:$78,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and skills.Benefits Offered:MedicalDentalVision401(k) with 3% matchCE AllowancePaid time offDisability insuranceLife insuranceSignOn bonusRequirements of the Physical TherapistWe welcome new grads and experienced therapists.Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.We use WebPT.Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:Growing outpatient physical therapy company is seeking an additional physical therapist to complement our professional and caring team of therapists in northern Philadelphia.We are looking for someone with good to excellent clinical skills, who is flexible, with an ability to work in a team.You will be responsible for patient care utilizing all your skills and tender care, to produce excellent patient outcomes every day.Our main facility hosts a 5000 sq ft rehab unit and an additional 7000 sq ft fitness center available for patient care.We provide services for a wide range of diagnoses and in this process we utilize various methods such as Comprehensive Work Conditioning/Job simulation, IASTM (Hawkgrips tools), McKenzie, Kinesio taping, Manual therapies and more.We have been dedicated to excellence in the field of physical therapy since 1994.Our highly respected clinical staff has a strong reputation for clinical quality, effective outcomes, and exceptional customer service.
