Physical Therapist position (DPT/ PT) PRN - PREMIUM RATE OF $75/hr FOR CONSISTENT 15+ HOURS PER WEEK - TEMPORARY RATE/ASSIGNMENT!! CCRC setting offering AL, IL & SNF in a park like setting with excellent rehab space and equipment.
