Description:
Duties: - Evaluate patients with a range of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their physical function and overall well-being.- Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, such as trigger point therapy, to promote optimal patient outcomes.- Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy interventions, patient education, and family support.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in various settings, including home community care and inpatient settings.- Conduct patient assessments, including evaluations of patient physiology and movement patterns.- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.- Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Skills: - Experience working in a clinic setting, with the ability to provide acute care as needed.- Strong background in orthopedics, with the ability to apply this knowledge to a variety of patient cases.- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other treatment modalities.- Familiarity with working in outpatient and inpatient settings.- Experience working with pediatric patients and their families.- Ability to provide home community care to patients with diverse needs.- Strong understanding of physiology and its application to physical therapy practice.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Job Types: Contract, Per diem, Temporary Pay: $3,114.00 per week
