Location: Crownpoint , NM Worksite: On-site Position: Part-time - 1 day per week with remote work Duties: Provide physical therapy services to 5 special education students. Evaluate and interpret evaluation results for the IEP committee. Design and implement appropriate PT interventions to meet the individual needs of students. Provide teacher consultation. Maintain daily performance data and assist with goal writing. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain an active roster of students. Submit case logs and progress reports promptly. Document service log completion at the end of each session. Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Experience in providing physical therapy services to special education students. Ability to conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and participate in IEP meetings. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, administrators, and parents. Provide own personal equipment (laptop, kajeet, supplies/materials). Powered by JazzHR
