Job Title : Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location : Rocklin, California Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts Per Week : 5 Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 annually Bonuses : Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance. Job Overview :The position is full-time, offering a rewarding work environment where youll treat an average of 14 patients per day. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services, helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities : Evaluate, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for patients. Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and rehabilitation techniques. Educate patients and families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation goals. Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
