Job Title : Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location : Rancho Cordova, California Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts Per Week : 5 Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 annually Bonuses : Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance. Job Overview :This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, helping them recover and regain functionality. You will treat an average of 14 patients per day, providing high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient. Implement therapeutic interventions, such as exercises and manual therapy, to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued recovery. Document patient progress accurately and efficiently to ensure proper communication and coordination with the healthcare team. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients. Benefits : Competitive compensation package with relocation assistance up to $20,000.
