Job Title : Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location : Sacramento, California Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts Per Week : 5 Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 annually Bonuses : Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance. Job Overview :We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this full-time role, you will work a regular Monday-Friday schedule, providing high-quality physical therapy services to an average of 14 patients per day. This role offers an opportunity for career growth in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and create customized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques. Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies, exercises, and long-term health practices. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care.
