Job Title : Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location : Folsom, California Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts Per Week : 5 Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 annually Bonuses : Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance. Job Overview :We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Folsom, California. In this full-time role, you will work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, treating an average of 14 patients per day. This position provides an excellent opportunity for both professional growth and patient care impact. Key Responsibilities : Perform thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs of patients. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment interventions. Educate patients and families about therapeutic processes and strategies to support recovery. Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
