We are thrilled to announce a full time Physical Therapist position in the beautiful Vernal/Roosevelt area. We're excited to offer our PT $80-$90 per visit, a generous hourly rate, and an extra $10 per hour while traveling. We are a looking for a Physical Therapist to work specializing in home care to help our patients meet all of their treatment goals. Our Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:* Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons* Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about* Develop an individualized treatment plan* Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition* Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients’ pain and provide stimulation to promote healing* Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly* Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process* PT will perform evaluations, routines, discharges, discharge oasis, and admit oasis visits.We offer our Physical Therapist a generous compensation package and endless career potential. Our PT will enjoy a generous hourly pay rate in addition to a pay per visit ($80-$90 per visit) pay scale. Our PT will need reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a current driver's license. We are located at 55 Professional Way, Payson, UT 84651.
