At Providence, we are mission focused and community centric, with a proud 150+ year heritage of caring for patients from all walks of life, including the disadvantaged, underserved and uninsured Full-time position with some flexibility to customize your work schedule Cultivate your own patient panel Outpatient care only Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Residency/fellowship stipend and robust student loan repayment program available for qualifying candidates Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $259,987.00 and $362,315.00 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
