Location: Hines, Illinois Position Type: Full-time, First Shift (6:30 AM through 3:00 PM) Qualifications: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Certified Technicians shall hold a current valid certification by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT). Non-certified technicians must have 6 months of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting; or be a graduate of an Academic Technician Training Educational Program. Responsibilities: Prepare and dispense medications and maintain related records. Prepare, package, label, and distribute medication doses prescribed by physicians. Maintain inventories of drugs and supplies, stocking shelves, rotating stock, and checking expiration dates. Fill/stock medications in various automated devices and storage locations. Operate pharmacy automation equipment, including Autofill devices, Baker Cells, Kalish cells, A-frames, and repackaging equipment. Powered by JazzHR
