Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Business Analyst II to oversee key analytics processes related to Pharmacy Quality clinical programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee analytics processes related to Pharmacy Quality clinical programs and measure performance for Pharmacy CMS star ratings Support business initiatives through data analysis and identify implementation barriers Facilitate vendor and internal program reporting and enhance performance management related to new business implementation processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access Project management experience preferred Experience in Quality measures (Stars, QRS, HEDIS) is preferred
