Location: Hines, Illinois Position Type: Full-time, First Shift (6:30 AM through 3:00 PM) Qualifications: Licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. Graduate of an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education accredited school or university. Licensed for controlled substances. Responsibilities: Provide pharmaceutical verification of prescription orders, including legend, OTC, Medical Surgical (Med/Surg), and Controlled Substances. Assess drug orders and cross-match with medications at checking stations. Pre-verify medications loaded into specialized mechanical apparatus for dispensing. Verify and fill controlled substance orders (schedules III, IV, and V). Perform Quality Assurance functions and supervise Pharmacy Technicians. Dispense medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines for controlled substances. Powered by JazzHR
