With a team of skilled individuals working alongside with over 70 family physicians, specialists, and allied health providers, our goal is to get our patients healthy, quickly and safely. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Pharmacist who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients. Location: 456 Holland St W #2, Bradford, ON L3Z 0G1 Summary: The Pharmacist will manage the overall operations of the shop, including product dispensing and providing new shop services. This is a permanent part-time position with alternative Saturdays. Key Responsibilities: - Provide medication dispensing and consultation services- Collaborate with family physicians directly or through EMR system to optimize patient care- Provide drug management expertise to assist patients in reaching their health goals- Work with the shop Manager and Clinic Management Team to develop and deliver programs and services- Be an active member of the interdisciplinary team to grow shop services, both clinically and financially Requirements: - Licensed in Part A, Ontario College of Pharmacists - Required- Experience in retail setting - Preferred- Ability to combine clinical and dispensing functions in practice - Required- Knowledge with Kroll and EMR - Preferred Why Enhanced Care might be right place for you: -Nominated for 2012 York Regions' Character Organization Award -Winner of 2015 OPA's Collaborative Services Award -Ongoing career training and development Powered by Jazz HR.
