REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE Develop new Personal Lines & Personal Auto Lines Insurance Products including rating plans, underwriting rules, processes, sales & marketing strategies, etc. Shall: *** Develop and implement new Personal Lines & Personal Auto liability insurance products. *** Create, define, and execute product strategy and road map. *** Oversee state rate filings and maintain good relationships with state regulators. *** Evaluate and implement financial adjustments by individual state marketplaces to maintain profitability. *** Strategize with actuarial to improve risk rating through enhancements to rating algorithms. *** Collaborate with underwriting and claims to improve marketing, underwriting, and loss control processes.
