Benefits: • Dental insurance• Health insurance• Vision insurance• Paid Time off• 401K• Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance• Other benefits to be discussed during interview Schedule: • 8-hour shift• Day shift• Monday to Friday• Onsite Professional Office Setting Responsibilities:• Collecting all necessary documentation, evidence, and pertinent information needed for claims• Drafting and filing litigation paperwork such as pleadings, requests for discovery, and motions• Trying cases in District and Circuit Courts throughout Maryland and Washington D.C.• Providing clear guidance and communication to clients throughout the legal process• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Maryland Personal Injury law• Managing a significant caseload and displaying strong leadership qualities• Developing litigation strategies and supervising the discovery process Qualifications:• The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience practicing as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney specifically in Maryland.• This position requires a minimum of 3 years of trial courtroom experience.• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a legal team successfully to ensure positive case outcomes is essential.• Excellent interpersonal skills are a necessity to engage empathetically with clients.• A strong determination to achieve optimal results for clients and excel in legal cases is a must.• Comfort working in a professional office environment in Baltimore, MD, is required.• Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, in the office is mandatory.
