This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation, dedicated to delivering outstanding client service and results. The selected candidate will lead and manage a team of legal professionals, guiding clients through the complexities of personal injury cases with professionalism and compassion.Duties:Represent clients in personal injury cases, managing all stages of litigation.Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff.Engage with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel effectively through calls and in-person meetings.Conduct case assessments, manage medical treatments, and document processes.Collaborate with legal teams to ensure high-quality service and favorable outcomes for clients.Requirements:4+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years specializing in personal injury cases.Strong organizational and case management skills with attention to detail.Excellent client interaction abilities, both in-person and over the phone.Experience in guiding clients through medical treatment processes related to personal injury cases.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual in Spanish.Extensive background in personal injury litigation.A personable, client-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people navigate challenging circumstances.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.An active member of the California State Bar.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in the State of California.Skills:Strong litigation and negotiation skills.Ability to lead a team and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Proficient in client relations and adept at providing top-tier service.Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.Job Location:Los Angeles, CABenefits:Comprehensive health insurance with 100% coverage for employees.Paid time off, holidays, and a generous annual bonus.401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.A collaborative, supportive work environment dedicated to professional development and career growth.
