The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and be capable of managing cases from inception to resolution. This role presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic and supportive legal environment.Duties:Manage a varied caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish, including client intake, investigation, and drafting of pleadings.Conduct depositions, prepare cases for trial, and represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure excellent service and case updates.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar.Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.Proven track record of managing cases independently and efficiently.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in New York.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Client-focused with a high level of professionalism.Job Location: New York City, NY This Manhattan based firm was founded less than a decade ago.
