The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing legal expertise in personal injury matters, and representing clients throughout the litigation process.Duties:Handle a litigation caseload involving personal injury matters.Evaluate claims and propose effective litigation strategies.Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and conduct depositions.Research and draft legal briefs, opinions, and memorandums.Exhibit proficiency in litigating pre-trial motions.Prepare for and represent clients in mediation and trial, including jury trials.Manage general file activities, ensuring timely adherence to client and court deadlines.Collaborate with the pre-litigation team to streamline case progression.Utilize Litify software for efficient case management.Requirements:Admission to the Pennsylvania (PA) and New Jersey (NJ) Bar is mandatory.Optional admission to the Delaware (DE) Bar.A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.3-5 years of experience specializing in Personal Injury matters.Familiarity with Litify software.Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and drafting.
