We are actively seeking a rockstar fitness coach who supports our mission to serve the community with leading clients to live their best lives. We aren’t just looking for someone who knows how to work out with clients. A greatl coach plays a key role in providing extreme client value and is committed to creating raving fans who show up, share their success, recruit their friends, and stick with the program. Responsibilities:• Conducting Initial Fitness and Quarterly Goal Assessments• Leading group, semi-private and personal training sessions• Programming and modifying workouts• Guiding the Client Journey Qualifications: • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Certification is not required but expected within 6 months of hire. Will provide on-the-job training• Transportation to and from the gym• Schedule flexibility Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly About Company: Our mission is to empower clients to live their best life.
