Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a couple in Haverford, PA. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless daily operations. Responsibilities: Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules, ensuring efficient time management. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the employer. Run errands such as shopping, mailing, and other personal tasks. Organize and maintain records, files, and personal documents. Assist with event planning, including invitations, catering, and on-site coordination. Research and recommend services, products, or activities based on employer needs or preferences. Requirements: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. Ability to work independently and remain resourceful under pressure.
