Permanent Psychiatry Physician - Washington DC

Description:
- BC / BE Psychiatrist- Hybrid position: 65% Outpatient / 35% consult service- Adult only patients- Avg 20-30 minutes per patient- Possibility of outpatient director role if desired- MedConnect EMR- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule - Participate in call one: week night every two weeks and one weekend every 8 weeks. - Additional call available if desired- 2 year income guarantee of $235,000- RVU based productivity incentive available in year one (keep 100% of difference if RVUs exceed base salary- 100% RVU-based compensation starting in year 3- Quality incentive up to $15k annually- $4000 annual fund for CME, professional fees- Full comprehensive benefits; Physician concierge program- Occurrence based malpractice- Will pay for tail/nose for incoming provider- 457f- Enjoy all DC has to offer!
