This individual is responsible for leading and managing client projects and delivering financial advisory services to clients. This role is primarily client-facing, concentrating on relationship management, revenue cycle management, process improvement, financial planning and analysis, and business development. They will supervise the Manager and Associate roles.Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to E78's methodologies, standards, and best practices. * Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on various financial topics. * Lead and coach the project team, and provide performance evaluation and feedback. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business. * Support the Partner/Director in preparing proposals, pitches, and contracts for new and existing clients. * Participate in practice management activities, such as recruitment, training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.Required Qualifications * Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field * 8-10 years of experience in financial consulting, advisory, or related services in a Big Four Audit, National Accounting, Management Consulting, or Professional Services firm with 2+ years in a Manager level role and a proven track record of client delivery achievement, project management, and supervision. * Ability to work on a hybrid basis 3 days a week in our Oak Brook officePreferred Qualifications * Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and large data sets. * Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles and methodologies. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members at all levels. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
