Per Diem - Pediatric Registered Dietitian

The Clinical Nutrition team at Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian to work in our outpatient clinics. This per diem job has flexible hours, this is a hybrid position: remote and in person sites (Waltham and Boston). 8-40 hours/week available. You would see a variety of patients (0-26 years of age). This Per Diem- Pediatric Registered Dietitian be responsible for: Providing nutritional care to patients in outpatient clinics. Evaluating the medical, biochemical, and nutritional information and assessing patient needs in order to develop and implement the most appropriate nutrition care plans.To qualify, you must have: A Bachelor's degree in nutrition and three plus years of progressive experience in Dietetics with at least 2 years in pediatric nutrition required. Registration by Commission on Dietetic Registration, the Credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as a Registered Dietitian. Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a licensed Dietitian. Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles and in-depth, experienced-based knowledge. Good communication skills to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions, and well-developed writing skills. Experience with enteral feeds a plus#LI-Onsite
