People Operations Partner

Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Partner to enhance HR systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage technology enhancements and process improvement projects from start to finish Collaborate with HCM and IT groups to gather requirements and ensure best practices Support change management initiatives, including training and documentation for end users Required Qualifications: Deep understanding of Workday's HCM, including business process frameworks and talent modules 3 years of HR Systems and/or HR Operations experience in a techno-functional or business analyst role 3 years of experience in project management, requirements gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and lead change management efforts Experience with content creation platforms such as Articulate/Rise 360, Canvas, or Camtasia is highly desired
