Pediatrics physician job in Massachusetts : Looking for a Massachusetts-licensed Pediatrician to work in a new Pediatric office with ample support staff insoutheastern Massachusetts. The opportunity: Seeking a full-time pediatrician 100% outpatient-no rounding at hospital/newborn nursery Can be a 4 or 5-day workweek Rotating on-call schedule Internal mental health services The ideal candidate will be local and have ties to the area Must be board-certified in Pediatrics Must have an MA license Flexible schedule is negotiable The benefits: Strong base salary Generous time off Malpractice coverage 80% of health insurance paid 401k with 4% match Profit-sharing after 3 years Vision/dental/short and long-term disability The location: This area offers affordable real estate and excellent public schools.
