Opportunity Highlights Join one pediatrician and three APPs in an outpatient practice Shared after hours telephone call with nurse triage Pediatric Hospitalists cover inpatient care Average 18-20 patients per day Compensation & Benefits Offering a salary guarantee of $265,000 + RVUs and quality bonus $40,000 signing bonus and $30,000 retention bonuses Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, 33 days PTO, 403b Retirement Plan with employer match and 457b Deferred Compensation Plan, $6k CME allowance and 5 days, and much more City of Mattoon in Central Illinois The City of Mattoon provides art and entertainment venues, retail centers, and a host of dining and lodging options.
