This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to both inpatient and outpatient pediatric urology populations, contributing to the health and well-being of our young patients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric patients with urological conditions. Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment strategies. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding urological health. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed. Qualifications: Current NP license and certification in Pediatric Acute Care Nursing. Previous experience in pediatric urology or a related field is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
