The Clinical Nutrition team at Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking passionate Registered Dietitians for their available Clinical Nutrition Specialist opportunities Current openings include both per-diem, part-time and full-time schedules, based within our Inpatient Units & Outpatient settings. 40 hour positions are eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus Position schedules vary between 24-40 hours per week Current openings including inpatient positions for Medicine/ surgery, and outpatient positions for a variety of specialty clinics including Genetics/Metabolism, Spina Bifida. The Pediatric Registered Dietitian will be responsible for: Providing nutritional care to patients within specific inpatient and outpatient settings. Evaluating the medical, biochemical, and nutritional information and assessing patient needs in order to develop and implement the most appropriate nutrition care plans. Assisting in the supervision of the daily work of the dietetic technician. To qualify, you must have: A Bachelor's degree in nutrition. Three plus years of progressive experience in Dietetics with at least 2 years in pediatric nutrition, preferred. Registration by Commission on Dietetic Registration, the Credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as a Registered Dietitian Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a licensed Dietitian. Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles and in‑depth, experienced‑based knowledge.
