Description:
Fast Paced, Progressive, Well Established, and Collaborative Dental Kidds is looking to add Pediatric Dentist to step into a well-established and respected dental practice. We have 4 clinics located in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and provide the highest dental care to our young patients while creating a supportive work environment. Dental Kidds leads the industry with state-of-the-art equipment, beautifully themed clinics, and the top 10% of teams in the United States. Responsibilities: --- Examine and diagnose dental conditions in children and adolescents. --- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. --- Perform preventive treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and cleanings. --- Conduct restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and other dental work. --- Communicate effectively with children and their families to educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care. --- Employ behavior management techniques to ensure a positive dental experience for children. --- Address and alleviate any dental anxieties or fears. --- Utilize specialized dental tools and equipment tailored for pediatric care. --- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. --- Collaborate with dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals. --- Manage appointment schedules and follow-up care. --- Stay current with advances in pediatric dentistry through continuous education and training. --- Adhere to best practices and ethical standards in pediatric dental care. Qualifications: --- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. --- Completion of a pediatric dental residency program. --- State dental license to practice dentistry. --- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with children. --- Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and caregivers.
